Two More 100-Unit Plays - Saturday & Sunday

Bounce Factor Goes a Perfect 2-0

As everyone who has followed me for years knows, I am a big believer in the bounce-back theory (to me it is a reality) and last Saturday noted there were two major candidates in the bounce mode and were strong candidates for a bet.

Both won and covered.

It was the same story for Oregon which the week before had lost at home to Washington State, 45-38, as a 15.5-point favorite. Last week the Ducks headed into Seattle to play Washington and won 26-20, as a 3-point underdog.

The bounce is alive and well.

The strongest bounce-back plays this week are:
Boise State over Wyoming and Ohio University over Buffalo,

California (5-1) And UCLA (4-2) Meet In 50-Unit
PAC-12 Rivalry Showdown Thursday Night On ESPN In QB Battle Of Month

California suffered its only loss 11 days ago at 3rd-ranked Utah, 30-24) while UCLA comes into this game off back-to-back losses, losing last week at Stanford, 56-35, and the week before in the Rose Bowl to Arizona State, 38-23.

The ESPN world will get to see two outstanding quarterbacks face one another. For the Golden Bears it will be junior Jared Goff who has passed for an average of 1,970 yards and 17 touchdowns, with just 9 interceptions. UCLA will start at the signal-calling spot the true freshman QB, Josh Rosen, who is averaging 257.2 yards per outing while being helped along with an outstanding rushing game.

You can win this Thursday night affair for just $50, charged to your major credit card, and may I remind you last Thursday night I won my 100-unit PAC-12 Game of the Year with Stanford and its 56-35 victory over UCLA.

The Dallas Cowboys love affair with back-up QB Brandon Weeden is over and when they take the field next week (they have a bye this week) Matt Cassel whom the team acquired from Buffalo will be under center.

Can Fast-Fading Seahawks (2-4) Turn ItAround Thursday Night At 49ers?
25-Unit Play On National TV (CBS)

Seattle comes into this NFC West game off back-to-back losses, last week at home to Carolina, 27-23, and the week before at Cincinnati, 27-24, and in both those games blew what should have been comfortable leads.

The bottom line for Seattle is the fact it still plays well but simply can’t seem to finish.

The 49ers are in the midst of a massive rebuilding program upset the Baltimore Ravens last week, 28-20, and head into the Seattle contest as an underdog for the seventh straight time.

Undefeated Temple (6-0) Faces Acid Test Thursday Night At East Carolina (4-3) As 3-Point Underdog
15-Unit Best Bets Club Play… On ESPN2.

Temple (6-0) stunned the college football world in its opening game by burying Penn State, 27-10, as a 6-point underdog and followed up that win with a 34-26 victory at Cincinnati, again as an underdog, and has never looked back. Temple’s success this season moved them into the Top 25 college rankings at #22 and now they head for East Carolina (4-3) for a Thursday night game that will be the acid test. And, yes, again Temple is an underdog, this time by 3 points.

ECU is a 3-point home favorite, because the Pirates also have a very good team that suffered all three losses on the road—at Florida (6-1), 31-24, at Navy (4-1), 45-21, and at BYU (5-2), 45-38. In other words this one will not be a walkover.

As difficult as this game is to call, especially with Temple hosting Notre Dame next week, I have found two things that I believe will produce the winner. You can get this 15-unit Best Bets Club play for just $15 and watch your money work for you on ESPN2.

Are Memphis (6-0) And Utah State (4-2) On Shaky Ground?
Friday Night Coming Off Stunning Wins
15-Unit Plays On Both Nationally Televised Games

In analyzing these games one must consider the lingering effects of what Memphis and Utah State did last week. Memphis pulled off one of the biggest upsets of the season in beating Mississippi, 37-24, while Utah State turned in a giant winning upset performance over Boise State, 52-26. The question is can they win right back against teams that are not short on ability?

I have the answer to that question and will be releasing both of these games to my Best Bets Club members as 15-unit plays and you can go 2-0 tonight and build your bankroll for a big weekend for just $15. The games will be televised on ESPN and ESPN2.

Remember - I will be right back at your Friday with my weekend newsletter.
